Keystone Pavers did a phenomenal job on our large paver patio installation! Our previous patio (installed from another contractor 15 years ago) was constructed incorrectly and was horribly rippled and the pavers were separating. Other contractors either walked away from the project or told us they would use the already existing foundation and put new pavers on top (which would not have solved the problem). Eric immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem and proposed an appropriate plan to reconstruct the patio from the foundation. He listened intently and addressed all my concerns. We are impressed by the quality and workmanship and the construction was top notch. Highly recommend Keystone. I'm a returning customer; I had a patio and walkway installed by Keystone Paves a few years ago. When planning a front entrance and walkway I didn't consider anyone but Keystone Pavers and they didn't disappoint. In spite of a minor supply-chain issue that caused a slight delay in starting the project, Eric and his crew pressed on, adjusted their schedule, and managed to complete the work within the requested timeframe.
I contacted this company for a paver patio, but didn’t realize how far away they were from me. I’m a first time paver user and even tho I didn’t end up using them. Eric helped me along the way. Extremely few companies will help u out when u aren’t using them. He even emailed me a list of trusted paver installers who could help me along the way with the best price. I contacted KeyStone Pavers back in Novemeber as we had been looking for a while to do a patio. I looked over their website and their work looked fanastic without appearing overly staged. I had a response from them within a day and the owner Eric came out within a week or so to sit down and go over materials and design with me at my home. The biggest delay was related to my HOA which they were really great about working with me to make sure I had all the materials to get the work approved. We also unfortunately ran into the holidays but through it all they were extremely helpful in working out scheduling. We got on the schedule for just after the holidays and the whole project took two days. The only final delay was related to a quality issue where one of the caps on the sitting wall was cracked. They didn't try to hide this from me but make sure it was done right and to last. Also because of the strange grade of my yard there was a big drop from our shed to the patio level so they simply put in a nice step which was not part of the original design or cost and they comped it. I really can't say enough how great they were throughout the process and now we have a great patio to enjoy for years to come.

Mr. Eric Weimer arrived punctually for the estimate and spent close to an hour evaluating the site, measuring, asking questions, making suggestions and took the time to explain all my options!!! We are extremely happy with our patio expansion project. This included adding two areas with pavers, installing lighting in seating and bar and grill areas and assembling and installing a Pergola. After having to cancel the initial estimate due to an unforeseen circumstance that day on one of their job sites, Eric & Courtney made special arrangements to reschedule our appointment outside of their normal hours, on a weekend, so as not to disrupt our work schedule.
