Next, schedule your consultation where we’ll map and address topography, water mitigation, and any other site concerns. Our consultation fee is $40 which includes a 1-2 hour site visit to review and discuss the scope of the project. During the consultation we’ll provide material catalogs and other vendor information from the diversion options available in our industry. We’ll work with you to get ideas and develop a 2D drawing for you to see what your project could look like. We’ll reach back out to you to discuss the proposal.
After we prepare and present your project proposal, we’ll go through the components and discuss any changes or revisions you request.
We’ll help prepare an HOA packet for you to submit with your application. We’ll assist in the permitting process as necessary.
During this phase, our team is now onsite to begin work. Eric is onsite each day throughout the process to ensure it’s all going according to your vision.
Once your project is complete, we conduct a final walk throughout the space with you, showing you details on features, upkeep, and maintenance. During this phase, we’ll also show you how to operate any installed outdoor lighting.

How long will the job take to complete?
The length of each job greatly depends on the scope and complexity of your project. After consultation a more accurate time frame can be provided. Our team will not leave the project until your job is finished to your satisfaction!
How much will my project cost?
The total investment for your project entirely depends on the size of the project, materials, and planning that will go into creating your vision. Our team offers standard 2D scaled drawing of your anticipated design, but can also offer more sophisticated 3D designs if desired. How long after approving the proposal will my job begin?
Before beginning any project, we take special care to fully plan the job. We’ll spend a careful amount of time preparing and submitting permits, navigating HOA guidelines, and ordering materials. All materials usually arrive within a few weeks to a few months depending on the project.
Do you charge for a consultation?
Since a team member will need to come out and evaluate your property and gather very detailed notes on your vision, we do charge a $40 consultation fee. During this consultation, we’ll spend time assessing the possibilities with you, and help you consider other options that work well with your space. If you decide to go with us, the consultation fee is applied toward the total project cost. We do have a minimum project cost of $5,000.
