Project Overview
This outdoor living project in Gambrills, MD was designed to bring lasting beauty and functionality to the homeowner’s backyard. The clean, modern look of Marmiro marble pavers in Prospect Grano Silver created a cool, elegant tone throughout the patio. A matching border defined the edges with subtle contrast and polish.
The integrated sitting wall was wrapped in Eldorado veneer for a natural stacked-stone look and paired with Techo-Bloc Piedimonte caps to complete the finish. Techo-Bloc Rocka steps added both elevation and texture, making transitions between levels seamless and safe.
While this project was completed in 2018 for under $20,000, current material and labor costs would place a similar build in the $35,000–$40,000+ range, depending on customizations.
