Project Overview

Tracy K’s Selbyville, DE backyard was transformed into a luxury outdoor living space centered around elegant materials and modern functionality. The patio surface was built using Marmiro Stone Travertine in Cream Eda, offering a timeless and high-end look with natural texture and cool tones ideal for poolside or entertainment areas.

The standout feature of this project is the custom outdoor kitchen, equipped with premium Blaze appliances, granite countertops, and matching travertine veneer for seamless visual continuity. A Perlick 24” C-Series refrigerator ensures this space is party-ready, while thoughtful placement of in-step and under-counter LED lighting creates an inviting ambiance after sunset.

Complementing the cooking space is a sleek linear match-lite fire pit, finished with coordinating granite and stone. We added Cumberland Brownstone inlays and stair treads for subtle contrast and natural warmth.
