Project Overview

This project in St. Michaels, Maryland focused on upgrading the driveway and paved access areas to better suit the home and its waterfront setting. The existing surfaces needed a cleaner look, stronger structure, and clearer definition between paved areas and surrounding landscape.

We installed Techo-Bloc Blu 60 and Blu 80 pavers in Champlain Grey, using a mix of sizes to create a durable surface with subtle visual movement. The layout feels solid and intentional, without drawing attention away from the home itself. A Villagio border in Shale Grey was added to frame the edges, helping lock in the pavers while giving the driveway and walkways a crisp, finished look.

Base preparation and grading were handled carefully to support proper drainage and long term performance, especially important for a property exposed to coastal conditions. The finished result is a smooth, cohesive hardscape that improves daily use, enhances curb appeal, and fits naturally within the landscape.
