Project Overview
This clean and modern backyard upgrade in Trappe, MD was designed for low-maintenance elegance and daily usability. The main patio features Techo-Bloc Eva Smooth pavers in a soft shale grey tone—chosen for its sleek finish and excellent durability. A contrasting Victorian border in Onyx adds crisp definition to the layout.
One of the highlights of this build is the custom composite landing and step system leading from the home’s back entry to the patio below. Built with Pebble Grey treads and white railings, the entry system blends effortlessly with the hardscape while providing safe and stylish access.
To ensure long-term stability and function, fabric and stone were placed under the stair system to manage drainage and prevent erosion.
